Audrey Johnson developed this interactive, educational, and entertaining program during her Creative Aging Fellowship through the Indiana Arts Commission's Lifelong Arts Indiana initiative.
"Lest We Forget" uses historical music and images, costumes, an engaging narrative, and lots of audience participation to bring the Women’s Suffrage Movement to life and inspire positive civic engagement today.
Participants co-lead the audience in a sing-along of historical music and share a song they compose themselves: giving voice and value to the wisdom of the experience they bring to their communities.

The program was a hit, with both performers and the audience.
It was so much fun to witness everyone learning and enjoying themselves.
